Jim Wilmoth.  I have been a successful, full-time real estate agent since January, 1977.  My sales production ranks in the Top 5% in the United States (Realty Alliance – an association of elite Brokers).

"Jim never stopped working hard for us, even after the purchase order was signed. I would send him texts at night, not expecting to hear back until morning, but he would reply almost instantly. He sent me lots of useful documents and hints that I didn’t know I needed. Other people I knew had such negative experiences with their real estate agents, but I just can’t relate. "We worked with Jim as both a seller and later a buyer in the Real Estate market and were highly satisfied with both his knowledge of the industry and the personal level of service we received. Jim worked with us in pricing our house competitively which allowed it to sell in only four days at a price at the upper end of our expectations. Additionally, as a buyer, Jim always found a way to fit us into his schedule to show us listings at times that worked best for us. In regards to communication, Jim was always quick and responsive to any questions we had along the way and always made sure our best interests were a top priority. If looking for the short and sweet, I would hire Jim based on the summary statements above, however Jim went above and beyond in many situations and I would like to provide further detail for those interested.

We knew Jim was the agent for us when we contacted him late on a Sunday night requesting the opportunity to list our house in the upcoming weeks. As it was late on Sunday, we anticipated to hear back sometime during business on Monday. It was to our surprise that Jim not only respond that night but kept the conversation open, working with us to establish our initial meet and greet in the upcoming week. This was standard for Jim throughout our partnership as he was always maintained an efficient line of communication, regardless of the time of day. Routinely he would remind us to contact him if ever we had any questions.

To speak to Jim’s level of honesty and commitment, when we received our Closing Disclosures for the sale of our house there were a few discrepancies in the statements as provided from the title agency. One of the discrepancies was an overstatement in the commissions to be paid out to the Real Estate agents. Not only did Jim meet us in short notice, on a Saturday morning, to review each line item in detail but he fought for us to make sure we were compensated appropriately. Personally, I believe speaks volumes, as Jim took direct charge of a situation that was financially disadvantageous to his own interests to make sure we were satisfied and accurately paid.

Finally, Jim has been in the industry for almost forty years and his positive reputation was clearly seen in the community. On multiple occasions, random individuals would stop us before a showing or at our meeting place to catch up and say hello to Jim. Surprisingly, Jim always remembered the minor details about the individual and would greet them with same positive and professional manner we had come to know about him. To put this in perspective, how many prior salesmen do you wish to greet and catch up with long after your business has concluded? That said, this was a regular occurrence from the day we started working with Jim to the very last day.

If looking for more reasons to hire Jim, I could ramble on, but in final summary Jim was one of the most honest, professional, and efficient individuals we have ever worked with; we would hire him again without hesitation."

"I called many agents from different real estate companies when I came from Colorado to buy a home here. I did not recieve a single call from any agent, all went to voicemail with no return calls.
